The ServSafe® program provides food safety training, exams and educational materials to foodservice managers. Students can earn the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification, accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)-Conference for Food Protection (CFP).
The program blends the latest FDA Food Code, food safety research and years of food sanitation training experience. New Location for ServSafe Classes
August, September and October, 2020 ServSafe classes will be held at Valentino’s Ristorante – SouthPointe, 2820 Pine Lake Rd, Lincoln. November and December, 2020 and January 2021 ServSafe classes will be held at Sysco, 900 King Bird Lane, Lincoln. The classes will be held from 8 am to 4 pm the third Wednesday of the month. Lunch is available onsite, and tuition is $130. If you’re a member of the Nebraska Restaurant Association, you’ll receive a $10 discount on each employee’s tuition if they take the class in Lincoln.
If you have employees who are more comfortable speaking Spanish, they can take the test in Spanish during class time. They must bring a laptop to class and they will be able to access the course and test in Spanish via the Internet.

Non NRA Members:
$130 for class, book, answer sheet and lunch
$100 for answer sheet, class and lunch
$40 to proctor the exam (exam itself is around $30.00)
$120 for class, book, answer sheet and lunch
$80 for answer sheet, class and lunch
$20 to proctor an exam
Mileage for classes outside of Lincoln is $0.55/mile. If classes are two day session or start early than lodging will need to be covered.
