Join Us April 15, 2021 at the Strategic Air Command and Aerospace Museum in Ashland for the 2021 Taste of Nebraska!
The Taste of Nebraska is a gala awards banquet that is held each April unfortunately, due to COVID-19, the 2020 in-person event has been postponed to April 15, 2021. Members and guests of the Association from across Nebraska are given the opportunity to make new friends or catch up with old ones. This year’s event, titled “Passport to the World” will include a cocktail reception, an enticing International Buffet catered by Premier Catering, and a Silent Auction.
Proceeds from the Silent Auction go toward support for the Association and its educational arm, the Hospitality Education Foundation.
Awards for Restaurateur of the Year, Allied Member of the Year, and Volunteer of the Year will be presented during the evening’s activities. Entertainment will be provided by speaker Dr. Ronnie Green , Chancellor of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Dr. Green has delivered invited presentations in 43 U.S. states and 21 countries around the world and has served in a number of leadership positions for the U.S. Beef Improvement Federation, National Cattlemen’s Beef Association, National Pork Board, and the National Research Council of the National Academy of Sciences.
Single tickets are $80 each, and a table for 10 is $750.
